Well, it's fun all the same. They take turns feeding one another, and Eichi has a blast with it, laughing and drinking in between it all. Slowly, taking his time— or at least that's how he started it, but he's sure he's lost track of time somewhere in all of that. He feels beyond just light and happy, a heaviness in his head that's undeniable but is only encouraging him to lean a little closer as he holds out his chopsticks with the last piece of meat for Ryuu.
...But then, just before he takes the bite, he pulls his chopsticks back and eats the piece himself.
Rude, and apparently right now, very hilarious to him, because even as he pulls up his second hand to cover his mouth while eating it, he can't stop laughing.]
[ truthfully, ryuu would have probably given him the last piece anyway, but to have it dangled so close and then snatched away again... rude!! it's the principle of the thing that has him pitching forward, expression scrunching with something between scandalized and mirthful. ]

[ guess he'll just have to knock the rest of his ???th glass of beer back, which seems to raise his spirits again. ]
[Ah, he loved it, that's what he was looking for! He laughs again, setting his chopsticks down a little sloppier than usual, and moving to swat his hand at Ryuu's chest in a playful sort of gesture.]

[Honestly, he can't eat another bite of food if he tries, but he sure does want to lean into Ryuu like this. It's fine. He's shameless, he can own up to it, he has no fear.]

[ ryuu is approaching too drunk to feel the finer emotions such as shame, luckily placing his empty cup shining with nothing but froth on the table before eichi comes barging into his space. he grins, body warmed by the alcohol and food and closeness. without a second thought - ]

[He laughs, feeling warm at the catch, at the closeness, at the fun of it. Celebrating, even when things had threatened to be so depressing and lonely. It's the furthest thing from his mind, in this moment. Right now, he's too busy admiring Ryuu's smile, the flush of his face, and his eyes.

He leans in enough to brush their lips together, shamelessly curling his tongue against them as if to have a taste. He's not the most coordinated or balanced right now, though, so his whole body weight leans into it and he is definitely slipping marginally from his seat.]
[ ah, he should have seen this coming. maybe that he didn't makes it all the sweeter, and ryuu doesn't think to shy back from the kiss even in this environment. he's not sober enough to anyway, and so he takes the path of least resistance, giving his lips a slight part to add some depth to the kiss. he's smiling, and it just seems natural by now - his lips taste like fizzy beer and savory food, and it's probably too pleasant of a sensation to let their tongues meet for just a moment.
lucky for him, he's a coordinated enough drunk. something has to take up the cavernous space where his decency ought to be - so he can keep steady even while eichi is leaning into him so heavily. cheeky, he grins. ]
[There's more laughter at that, as Eichi clearly can't keep up such a blatant lie.]

[Another laugh, and he keeps nuzzling closer, wanting the attention, and those hands on him. He will absolutely fall to the ground without support in this moment so clearly he's just using that as reason to be grabbed.]
I wonder what else you'll catch. Ah, Ryuu-kun, let's go take a look at some stores together. There were some interesting items, right?
[ ryuu might be used to a more crowded, boisterous atmosphere while drinking, but with eichi all but swooning into his arms, he thinks this is plenty enough for him. it's hard to focus on any one thing - the tingle on his lips, the fuzzy, radiating liquor-warmth, the ripples of chroma here and there. in a way, it's lucky eichi brings him focus in the moment with his suggestion.
