Riku nods at him, an invitation to also hop into the pool -- his tentacles end up making some kind of waving motion at Ryuu as a result.... ]

[ why are his tentacles cute? ryuu chuckles at the motions, shrugging off his sporty hoodie and coming to sit on the ledge of the pool so he can dunk his still-human legs in. if riku is undergoing his transformation, ryuu is sure he doesn't have long to wait himself... ]
I don't mind. I didn't realize that this is what your sapphire transformation was like.
[ settling in his seat before just jumping in, he leans in to look into the water, the wiggling limbs roving about beneath the surface. ]
[ He's not pleased about it, either. He sort of sinks a little into the water, letting the edges of his tentacles pop up beneath the surface. No sense in hiding them from Ryuu since he's already very aware of Riku's transformation by this point.
He doesn't seem very thrilled about it, though. ]
Ah, are you going to transform too, Tsunashi-san? Haha, as bad as I feel for scaring everyone off, it's nice to have the area to ourselves.

There's something about the water that feels great no matter what... [ he kicks off the bottom, wading around a little, minding the exploratory, wispy tips of riku's tentacles. ] I come here sometimes too, when I know I'm going to transform. It beats the bathtub!

Yeah, it's a lot better here! I was stuck in a bathtub last time and it was really uncomfortable... Mitsuki brought me cake to cheer me up, but I'm glad he doesn't have to worry about me like this.

I'm glad to hear that, Riku-kun. Mitsuki-kun is a really attentive person. He'd probably worry about you either way...
